Designed a VIP membership system that launched on time for a major event with zero signup failures

The tools were all there — loyalty cards, CRM, marketing automation — but nothing connected them reliably. Previous integrations had broken quietly, left records out of sync, and given the team no clear answer to "which system is correct?" This architecture launched a paid VIP membership on deadline, with every system talking to every other through a single integration spine.
